From where did this fight start and what is the reason behind it?

One word can answer this question and that is self-esteem. So, what does self-esteem actually mean? Self-esteem is self-pride, the way you feel when you look at yourself. ‘Esteem’ means to value. If you consider yourself as worthless and unattractive compared to other people that means you are going through low self-esteem. Sadly, a mass of people are going through this. It is possible to eject low self-esteem from your life and start to live in a high self-esteemed life.

You might have given it a shot to gear up your self-esteem, but were let down to find that it did not happen that you planned. Living a high self-esteemed life is exigent but not impossible. Like everyone else, you might have accepted that your insecurity feeling is normal and that it is not possible to beat the feeling that you are not acceptable. This makes you feel scantily of yourself when you see yourself. It is time to go back a few steps. Low self-esteem is not curable in a single day. The very first thing you should do is to stop giving yourself unfeasible time limits.

You can get high self-esteem in one day. It needs uphill struggle and regular encouragement. No negative constituent can be present, like quitting, when you are struggling to accomplish high self-esteem. Even though you are willing to change the way you feel when you look at yourself, but you are too lazy to do something about it. So, “laziness” is another negative constituent that you should get rid of. Have you noticed that you feel sorry for yourself and like it when others give you negative attention? It is a barrier to overcome your low self-esteem. Try to change your attitude towards yourself.

It will prevent you from not taking each other for granted. Sometimes, our partners do not behave in a way we expect them to. There is no need to get hurt by this. Have patience! Try to find the reason behind your partner’s changed or unexpected behavior. Snapping to a conclusion is not the right step as your partner would think they are caged and cannot be themselves with you. Let your partner realize that you are always there whenever they are prepared to talk. Patience is what you should keep.

Honesty is the best policy even in a love relationship. The belief that your partner tells you the truth always is very important. To err is human to forgive is divine. If you or your partner willingly makes mistakes, then it would prove that either of you do not care for the other one. You should realize your mistake and try not to repeat it again.
