Altering the way you see yourself

dating2A mass number of us have a problem with our own selves. We are constantly comparing our rage, sorrows, pressure and behavior and criticizing ourselves all the time. It is a regular fight that comes in the way and prevents you from looking at yourself the way you actually are and accomplishing your original purposes in life. From where did this fight start and what is the reason behind it?

One word can answer this question and that is self-esteem. So, what does self-esteem actually mean? Self-esteem is self-pride, the way you feel when you look at yourself. ‘Esteem’ means to value. If you consider yourself as worthless and unattractive compared to other people that means you are going through low self-esteem. Sadly, a mass of people are going through this. It is possible to eject low self-esteem from your life and start to live in a high self-esteemed life.

You might have given it a shot to gear up your self-esteem, but were let down to find that it did not happen that you planned. Living a high self-esteemed life is exigent but not impossible. Like everyone else, you might have accepted that your insecurity feeling is normal and that it is not possible to beat the feeling that you are not acceptable. This makes you feel scantily of yourself when you see yourself. It is time to go back a few steps. Low self-esteem is not curable in a single day. The very first thing you should do is to stop giving yourself unfeasible time limits.

You can get high self-esteem in one day. It needs uphill struggle and regular encouragement. No negative constituent can be present, like quitting, when you are struggling to accomplish high self-esteem. Even though you are willing to change the way you feel when you look at yourself, but you are too lazy to do something about it. So, “laziness” is another negative constituent that you should get rid of. Have you noticed that you feel sorry for yourself and like it when others give you negative attention? It is a barrier to overcome your low self-esteem. Try to change your attitude towards yourself.
